Muncie-based Ball Brothers Foundation has promoted Jenna Wachtmann (pictured) to vice president. Also, Jeff Bird (pictured) has been appointed to its board of directors. 

Wachtmann has worked as a program officer since 2014. She has a background in fundraising and nonprofit management, having worked for social service organizations in several cities.

Wachtmann holds a master’s degree from the IU Lilly Family School of Philanthropy, where she conducted research on foundation giving strategies. 

Bird serves as president of IU Health East Central Region. He has previously served on the board of the IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital Foundation.
